Orders

An important part of our mission is to minimize the impact our operations have on the environment. To do that, we print our products on demand at the closest facility location to where the product will be delivered. All new orders will ship within approximately 4-7 business days after your order is placed. 

As soon as your order is fulfilled and shipped we will email you a tracking number so you can track your product.

We are able to make minimal changes to your order within the first 2 hours after your order has been placed. The changes we can make would be changing the address or canceling the order. We are unable to change products in an order after it is placed due to all orders being Print on Demand. To change your order, please send us an email to info@thechroniccollective.com

After you place your order, you should receive an order confirmation email. If you didn’t receive one, please: 

• Check your spam folder 

• Verify that the email address you provided with your order is correct 

• If the email you provided was incorrect, please send an email to info@thechroniccollective.com with the correct address, and we’ll have the confirmation resent to you.

• If the email address you provided was correct, but you still can’t find the order confirmation in your spam folder, please send an email to info@thechroniccollective.com to have it resent to you.

Shipping & Deliveries

Since we make our products on demand, we all orders will ship within approximately 4-7 business days after your order is placed. 

Shipping times vary depending on where you’re located, as outlined below: 

SHIPPING TIME 

• USA: 4 – 7 business days 

• Rest of the World: 15 – 30 business days

Currently we ship worldwide.

We will email you a tracking number when your order has shipped.

 If your order is marked as ‘delivered’ but you have yet to receive it, please follow the steps below: 

• Verify that the address you provided is correct 

• Check with your neighbors 

• Contact your local post office 

• Email us at info@itshaleyjames.com for support 

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns at this time. One-time size exchanges are possible within 30 days from the date you received your order.

We are able to accept cancellations within the first 2 hours after your order has been placed. To cancel your order, please send us an email to info@thechroniccollective.com

We will email you a tracking number wh• If your package or item was damaged en your order has shipped.

Printed apparel (direct-to-garment)

We use the latest direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology to offer a wide variety of printable garments and design color options. We use high-quality inks that won’t fade for a long time if taken care of properly.

Keep in mind that the original manufacturer’s care instructions don’t take into consideration the DTG printing process. So we suggest following the care instructions on this page to learn how to take care of your printed garments properly.

Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn’t use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.

DTG-printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don’t iron the print.

Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.

Embroidered apparel

Embroidered apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. You can use a small amount of chlorine bleach, but non-chlorine is the safer option.

If you notice any color residue in water, rinse the garment in lukewarm water and then in cold several times, but try not to rub any stained embroidery. Embroidered clothing can also be dry-cleaned.

After washing, don’t leave the clothing to soak or lie in a pile while wet. Don’t wring out the embroidered items, but if you want to tumble-dry them, use a cool air setting.

If the garment needs ironing, do it inside-out, preferably between two pieces of cloth. You shouldn’t wet embroidery before ironing or use a steam iron.

Embroidered hats, backpacks, and shoes

Embroidered hats, backpacks, and shoes can be wiped clean with a damp cloth in the spots where it’s needed. If necessary, hats and shoes can be hand-washed cold. Don’t use brushes.

All three products can’t be machine-washed, bleached, tumble-dried, ironed, or dry-cleaned. Read the manufacturer label carefully for any other instructions.

Mugs

Our White Glossy Mugs, Black Glossy Mugs, and White Ceramic Mugs with Color Inside are microwave and dishwasher safe, but the print and coating will last longer if you hand-wash them.

The Enamel Mugs, however, however, should only be hand-washed, and you can’t put them in a microwave. Note that they’re also prone to scratches, so be extra careful.

The same goes for our Enamel Mugs that should only be hand-washed. Also, you can’t heat liquids or food directly in the Enamel Mugs—it can damage their coating.

If you notice your item has white spots on it or smells like vinegar – don’t worry! It is just residue/scent from the non-toxic process we make our items. All you have to do is wash it and it should be fixed 🙂
